Last week we made some excellent progress in building our prototype. While there are still more details to wrap the base functionality is coming together.
The other thing we’re working on is clarity. Part of the challenge with a project like this is that all of the information that is needed lives in very disparate sources that are often hard to use, hard to find, and even harder to decipher (at least for a non-doctor). To remedy this, I’ve begun assembling a sort of database for all of these disparate information sources. Someday, I hope we can share it or open-source it for others trying to make healthcare better.
This week we’re still working on our main note-taking functionality and will be working on what our alpha product will be. Like I’ve said, we hope to make this available sometime in September for clinicians to start using.
